As boaters, we were drawn to this area by Charlotte Harbor and its proximity and access to the Gulf of Mexico. As homebuyers, the affordability and value, when compared to waterfront residences in other ocean-access communities, could not be ignored. And as former Minnesotans (who still do miss the change of the seasons), we have to admit that the weather did have some influence on our decision. |
